Applications require approval. Participation does not guarantee earnings. Our initial programme uses administrator verification while billing integration is completed.

• Commission is 30% of net subscription seat fees received for the first 24 calendar months from the referred company's first paid seat invoice. Paid seat upgrades and additional seats in that billing company count. Adding seats or reactivating does not restart the window.
• Taxes, refunded amounts, free periods, list builds, credit packs, extra watched-account blocks, other data purchases, services and one-off charges do not earn commission. Annual invoices crossing expiry are prorated to the eligible service period.
• One partner and one free initial subscription month per genuinely new company. New seats do not receive another free month. Billing must confirm the benefit; it is not activated by this form. No cash alternative or stacking.
• Do not claim personal commission for yourself, your employer or a business you own. Those companies may receive the customer benefit. Advisers require written client approval and no prohibited purchasing conflict. Disclose your interest; approval does not override applicable law or your duties.
• Do not spam, impersonate Nurturi, publish unauthorised discounts, create duplicate customers or claim unconnected companies. Attribution disputes and existing opportunities require manual review.
• Commission has a 30-day refund hold. Payouts are reviewed monthly and arranged directly; this portal records completed payments, it does not transfer money. Refunds and chargebacks reverse corresponding commission, including after payout.
• We retain application, referral and payment records to administer the programme. Partners see only their own status and limited referral references. Ask your programme administrator for access or correction through your existing contact.
