Terms of service

The agreement between you and us when you use Nurturi. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

Last updated 21 September 2026

The short version

  • Nurturi is a business tool. You use it for your work, with accounts you are entitled to use.
  • Your data stays yours. We use it to run the service for you and for nothing else.
  • Nurturi drafts. You decide what gets sent, and you are responsible for what you send.
  • You connect your own LinkedIn, email and CRM accounts, and you remain bound by those services' own rules.
  • You can cancel, download a copy of your data, and delete your account yourself.

This summary is here to help. The full terms below are what apply.

1.Who we are

Nurturi is operated by [company name to be confirmed], company number [to be confirmed], registered at [registered address to be confirmed] ("we", "us"). "You" means the business or person that creates a workspace, and everyone that workspace invites.

By creating an account, or by using the website preview at nurturi.app/try, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing for a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

2.The service

Nurturi helps sales and delivery teams choose the accounts worth their time, understand them, see who on the team already knows someone there, and follow through on conversations. It works alongside your CRM and does not replace it.

Some features are marked as previews or as not yet available. Those are provided as they are, may change or be withdrawn, and are not part of what you pay for until we say they are generally available.

3.Accounts and workspaces

  • Nurturi is for business use by people aged 18 or over.
  • The person who creates a workspace is its owner. The owner decides who is invited, which role each person holds, and is responsible for how members use it.
  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us promptly at hello@nurturi.app if you think someone else has access to your account.
  • Give us accurate details, and keep them current.

4.Plans and payment

  • Seats. Paid plans are priced per user, per month, by role. A workspace can mix roles. Current prices are on our pricing section.
  • Billing period. Plans are billed in advance, annually or monthly. Monthly billing costs more than the annual rate shown.
  • Contact data. Looking up a contact's email address or phone number, downloading company and contact data, and one-off list building, are charged separately from seats, in credits or at a stated price. The price is shown before you buy.
  • Credits. Some seats include credits each month, and you can buy more. Credits belong to the workspace, not to a person, so they stay when someone leaves. Unused credits carry forward while your subscription is active, up to the limits shown where you buy them. If the subscription ends, your credits are kept for 30 days in case you come back, and are then lost. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable except where the law requires. A credit is used when we retrieve the data, whether or not it turns out to be useful to you.
  • Trials. If we offer a free trial, its length is shown when you sign up. We will not charge you until it ends, and you can cancel before then.
  • Tax. Prices exclude VAT and any other sales tax, which we add where it applies.
  • Renewal. A paid plan renews for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Refunds. Fees already paid are not refunded for a period you have started, except where the law requires it or where section 14 says otherwise. Contact data you have already received cannot be refunded.
  • Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change. It takes effect at your next renewal.
  • Late payment. If a payment fails we will tell you and try again. We may suspend a workspace that remains unpaid 14 days after that notice.

5.Your data

Everything you and your team put into Nurturi, and everything Nurturi collects from the accounts you connect, remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so that we can run the service for you, keep it secure, and support you.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models. Our privacy policy explains what we process, where, and who helps us do it. If you need a data processing agreement, ask us at hello@nurturi.app and we will provide one.

You confirm that you are entitled to give us the data you upload or connect, including lists of contacts, and that doing so does not break a promise you have made to someone else.

6.Connected services and LinkedIn

Nurturi connects to accounts you already hold, such as LinkedIn, Microsoft 365 and HubSpot. We are independent of those companies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them, and their names and logos belong to them.

  • You stay bound by the terms of each service you connect. It is your responsibility to decide whether using Nurturi with your account is consistent with those terms.
  • With LinkedIn, Nurturi works inside your own signed-in session, on your own computer, at daily limits you control.
  • Nurturi sends two kinds of message for you, and nothing else. Connection requests go only from a batch you approved that day. When someone accepts, one first message is sent if your campaign has first-message wording set. Nothing is queued until you have read and approved that exact wording, and changing it means reading it again. Each message then waits before it goes, and in that time you can edit it, send it yourself or stop it. Clear the wording and no first message is sent. Every other message is a draft that you choose to send.
  • A third-party service may limit, suspend or close an account at its own discretion. We cannot control that and we are not responsible for it.
  • If a third-party service changes or withdraws the access Nurturi relies on, the related feature may stop working. We will tell you when we know.

7.Company and contact data we supply

Nurturi can supply business information about companies and the people who work at them: names, job titles, employers, public profile links, business email addresses and phone numbers. It comes from licensed data providers and public sources. You can use it inside Nurturi and, where we offer it, download it.

What you may do with it. Use it for your own organisation's sales, marketing and account management, to contact those people about your business. You may keep it in your own CRM.

What you may not do with it. Sell it, rent it, publish it or share it outside your organisation. Use it to build or improve a product that supplies data to others. Use it to make decisions about someone's credit, employment, insurance or housing. Use it for anything unlawful, or to contact people about matters unrelated to their work.

Your responsibilities. Once you hold this data you are responsible for it in your own right. You decide who to contact and how, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis and for following the rules that apply, including UK GDPR, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and their equivalents elsewhere. That includes honouring anyone who asks you to stop. If we tell you that a person has asked not to have their details supplied, stop using what we gave you about them and delete it.

Accuracy. We pass data on as we receive it. People change jobs and details go out of date, so we cannot promise that every record is correct or current.

Our sources have rules too. Some of this data reaches us under agreements that limit how it may be used or passed on. If a source requires it, we may limit, change or withdraw a data feature. If that removes something you have paid for and not yet used, we will return the unused credits or refund them.

8.AI-written drafts

Nurturi uses AI models to write drafts, summaries and research. AI output can be wrong, out of date or unsuitable for the person you are writing to. Read it before you rely on it. You are responsible for anything you send or act on.

9.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Nurturi to send spam, to harass anyone, or to break the law;
  • upload data you have no right to use, or special category data such as health or political information about individuals;
  • try to get into another customer's workspace, or probe, overload or disrupt the service;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • share one seat between several people, or use automated means to get round seat or usage limits.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you the chance to put it right.

10.Availability and changes

We work to keep Nurturi available and reliable, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We carry out maintenance, and we improve the product continually, which means features change. We will not remove something material that you are paying for without giving you reasonable notice.

11.Ownership

We own Nurturi: the software, the design and the brand. You get a right to use it for your business while your subscription is active. You own your data and the messages you send. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the product without owing you anything for it.

12.Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's confidential information private, use it only for the purposes of this agreement, and protect it with reasonable care. This does not cover information that is already public, that was already known, or that the law requires to be disclosed.

13.Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that:

  • neither of us is liable to the other for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss;
  • we are not liable for the actions of third-party services you connect, including a decision by one of them to restrict your account;
  • our total liability to you in any 12 month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or 100 pounds if you paid nothing.

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. Other warranties and terms that might be implied by law are excluded as far as the law allows.

14.Ending the agreement

  • You can cancel at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.
  • We can end the agreement on 30 days' notice. If we do that without cause, we refund the unused part of what you have paid.
  • Either of us can end it straight away if the other seriously breaks these terms and does not put it right within 14 days of being asked.
  • You can download a copy of your data at any time before you go. Deleting your account removes your own data straight away, and a workspace with it if you were its only member. We keep only what the law requires us to keep.

15.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. For a change that matters, we will tell workspace owners by email or in the product at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept the change you can cancel before then. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed.

16.General

  • These terms, with the privacy policy and any order or data processing agreement between us, are the whole agreement about Nurturi.
  • Neither of us is responsible for a failure caused by something beyond reasonable control.
  • You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. We may transfer it to a company that takes over the Nurturi business, and we will tell you if we do.
  • If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • Nobody other than you and us has rights under this agreement.
  • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
