The follow-up is the sale

· Nurturi

A good meeting feels like progress. Someone took notes. Someone said they would send the deck. Someone else said they would introduce you to procurement. Then the week moves on.

What is left is a promise with no owner. The CRM has the meeting on the calendar. It does not know that the reply is now three days late, or that the client is the one who still owes an answer, or that two people on your side both think the other one is writing.

The work sits there, after the first email, when the relationship is real and the next step is small enough to drop.

Sales teams talk about pipeline as a list of deals. Delivery teams talk about accounts as projects. The person on the other side experiences one company, which sometimes remembers them and sometimes does not. When the memory fails they rarely complain. They go quiet. The quiet gets read as "not interested" when it was "nobody picked this up".

What a follow-up needs

The useful parts are dull on purpose.

Name the owner. A team does not send email. One person does. If two people can send it, neither will.

Say who owes the next reply. Some threads are waiting on you. Some are waiting on them, and chasing those is how you become noise. A list that cannot tell the two apart just gets longer.

Keep the context on the account, not in one person's inbox. The next colleague who picks up the relationship should see what was promised without forwarding six messages to themselves first.

None of this is a new idea. It is account management, and it is the job that gets squeezed when the only number on the board is new meetings booked. New meetings matter. So does the client who already said yes and is now waiting on a date.

Nurturi is built for that gap. It watches the channels a team already uses, mail and meetings and LinkedIn, and it puts the next step in front of the person who should take it. The draft is there. The send stays with them.

If you want to see the shape of it on a company you already know, start with the website field on the home page. The trial is seven days. What belongs on the account itself is in an account book is not a list of companies.

The person sends it

Nurturi can draft the next message. On a company account, a person still sends it. That is the rule buyers in regulated teams actually ask for.
